We’re not going to pretend tree surgery is a naturally green industry, chainsaws run on fuel and felling is felling. What we can control is what happens around that: recycling wood rather than binning it, running electric tools where we can, and planting a tree through Treeapp after every job we complete. Here’s what that actually looks like.
Treeapp
We plant a tree through Treeapp after every job we finish, at no extra cost to you. It’s a small thing on its own, but across a year of jobs it adds up, and it’s an easy way for the work we do removing or reducing trees to be balanced by new ones going in somewhere that needs it.
Electric Tools
We run battery-powered chainsaws and hedge trimmers for a lot of routine work now, quieter for you and the neighbours, no fumes, and no reason to leave a two-stroke idling on the drive. Fuel-powered kit is still what we reach for on bigger felling and stump grinding jobs where the power’s genuinely needed, but for pruning and hedge work the electric tools do the job just as well.
